Master of Clinical Pharmacy Pioneer Class White Coat Ceremony

The Faculty of Medicine at Mbarara University of Science and Technology hosted a White Coat Ceremony as an induction event for the matriculating class entering the pioneer Master of Pharmacy in Clinical Pharmacy degree program. The ceremony involved first-year Master of Pharmacy in Clinical Pharmacy degree students, and it focused on professionalism, respect, integrity, and care.

During the ceremony, students were cloaked in their first white coats as a symbol of the trust placed in them to carry on patient-centered care. Students then took an Oath and pledged allegiance to the profession, strengthening their sense of obligation and dedication to service.
