Master of Nursing Science Mns Scholarship Opportunity

The Master of Nursing Science (MNS) scholarship opportunity supports trainees enrolled in the Master of Nursing Science (MNS) at the Faculty of Medicine, Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST). Scholarship support is for students in the programs outlined for the First Mile Program.

The scholarship offers tuition fees and research support for 10 Master of Nursing Science (MNS) students. Applications must be complete and include academic and admission documents, a resume, a letter of interest, and two letters of support. The scholarship is based on merit and targets talented Ugandan trainees at MUST who are currently enrolled in the MNS program and not on other scholarship or financial support.

To be eligible for the First Mile Scholarship one must be:

• A Ugandan
• An academically outstanding student
• Currently enrolled in the MNS Program at MUST
• Students not on other scholarship or financial support from employers, organizations, and the Ministry of Health.

All applications must include certified copies of bachelor’s degree transcript, a copy of the Admission Letter from MUST, resume (1 page), Letter of Interest/Motivational Letter (1 Page), and two letters of support from your former academic institution (e.g. lecturers and or employer).
