Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Qatar Airways National Scholarship Program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be Qatari or have a Qatari mother
- Be 18 years or older and complete your degree by the age of 29
- Hold a Secondary School Education Certificate with an average of 80% or higher according to the Ministry of Education & Higher Education grading scale
- For Qatari applicants, an IELTS score of 5.5 or above with no component score lower than 5 is required. For Qatari mothers, an IELTS score of 6.0 or above with no component score lower than 5.5 is necessary.
- Pass the interview conducted by Qatar Airways
- Possess a current unconditional offer letter from a university approved by the Ministry of Education & Higher Education in Qatar
- Graduated high school students must fulfill mandatory National Service requirements. However, students who receive confirmed offer letters from universities listed in the Higher Education Emiri Scholarship program will be exempt.
