Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation

The Micro-Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at American University in Dubai consists of three credit-bearing courses totaling nine credit hours. Students study innovation and entrepreneurship through IPIN 602, social innovation through IPIN 605, and commercialization of innovation through IPIN 607. The curriculum covers the full innovation lifecycle, from idea generation to commercialization, and focuses on using innovative business models to address social and environmental challenges.

The program is delivered across two semesters. Students can attend either in person or online in real time (synchronous). Exams are conducted on campus. Learning is hands-on through real-world case studies and applied projects, and courses include Amazon guest lectures, workshops, case studies, and potential site visits.

• An undergraduate degree from an accredited national, regional, or international institutional body, achieving a 3.00 GPA or better in undergraduate study.
• International TOEFL or Academic IELTS or the equivalent score on another internationally recognized English exam. PBT is accepted from specific centers in the UAE.
• A statement of the applicant’s career objectives, special professional and academic interests, and other reasons why the candidate wishes to pursue the M.S. in Innovation Management
