BA Management and

SOAS offers the BA Management and... programme to build a foundation in business and management while developing deep expertise in a language or cultural discipline. You graduate with a solid foundation in management principles alongside a niche specialism. The programme takes 3 or 4 years depending on the subject involved.

Teaching blends regular lecture and seminar contact with independent study. In the Department of Finance and Management, most undergraduate modules have a one or two hour lecture and a one hour seminar every week, often taught by different teachers. Students can apply for an optional year abroad in their second year, based on academic merit, a personal statement, and availability.

• For joint degrees with different entry requirements, the offer will be based on the subject with the higher entry requirements. For combinations available with this programme, the range is AAB–ABB.
• Applicants without A Level Maths (or equivalent) must have a minimum of grade B in GCSE Maths (or grade 6 in the new structure).
