The MSc Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy with Placement Year at SOAS focuses on the management of creativity, knowledge, innovation and policy. Students study innovation management and entrepreneurship, research methods, and international business strategy, including how firms make decisions in international contexts. The course also includes project management and innovation systems, complexity and policy.
Teaching and learning are structured through core modules and guided options. Students complete a placement year, and the programme requires students to secure the work placement themselves and have it approved by the academic department. SOAS Careers supports students with CV and interview skills and help to find the right organisation. Attendance mode can be full time or part time, with an on campus location.
