RREF Bursary , Henley Business School, University of Reading

Reading Real Estate Foundation (RREF) provides financial support including undergraduate bursaries and postgraduate bursaries, funded by alumni, corporate donors, and fundraising events and administered by the RREF Disbursements Committee. The RREF BSc Bursary and RREF MSc Bursary are both available for students studying at the School of Real Estate & Planning at the University of Reading.

The RREF BSc Bursary is for applicants with an offer to study specified BSc Real Estate & Planning programmes at Henley Business School. The RREF MSc Bursary is for applicants with an offer to study specified full-time MSc Real Estate & Planning programmes. Both bursaries are awarded to UK and International applicants who can demonstrate significant financial need and who will contribute to the diversity and experience of their programme.

Applicants apply through an online application form and must read the guidance notes before completing the form. For the RREF MSc Bursary, the bursary sum is deducted from tuition fees.

• For RREF BSc Bursary: applicants must have an offer to study one of the following BSc programmes at Henley Business School, University of Reading: BSc Real Estate; BSc Real Estate Finance; BSc Real Estate Development & Planning; BSc Planning and Geography.
• For RREF BSc Bursary: applicants must have an offer to study one of the following MPlan programmes at Henley Business School, University of Reading: MPlan Planning and Geography; MPlan Real Estate Development and Planning.
• For RREF BSc Bursary: if applying for a foundation year programme at the University, or progressing to or entering the University at Parts 2 or 3, applicants are not eligible.
• For RREF MSc Bursary: applicants must have an offer to study one of the following MSc programmes at Henley Business School, University of Reading: MSc Real Estate (full-time only); Masters Real Estate Finance (full-time only); MSc Spatial Planning and Development (full-time only).
• For RREF MSc Bursary: programmes must be full-time only.

• For RREF MSc Bursary: funding towards the cost of tuition fees, with the bursary sum deducted from tuition fees.
• For Pathways to Property alumni applying through the RREF BSc Bursary section: unique financial support of up to £30000 over the Undergraduate course.
