The University of Manchester England Uk Engineering the Future Scholarships (Biggest Scholarship)

The University of Manchester’s School of Engineering offers scholarship awards to academically excellent international students starting their postgraduate taught studies from September. The scholarships are designed for applicants with an offer for a master’s level (taught) full-time course in the Faculty of Science and Engineering.

Applicants are considered if they hold an offer from one of the listed departments: Chemical Engineering; Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering; Electrical and Electronic Engineering; Computer Science; and Civil Engineering and Management. The University of Manchester states there is no additional application, and all offer-holders are considered based on academic merit.

The University of Manchester states that shortlisted candidates may be contacted for further assessment in the form of a written statement.

The University of Manchester states there are five scholarship awards, and each successful awardee receives a £10,000 partial tuition fee waiver. The award amount can also be awarded in conjunction with other scholarships from the University.

• Be a resident of a country within South Asia, South East Asia or Africa
• Hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) for a master’s level (taught) full-time course, commencing in September, within the Faculty of Science and Engineering
• Have completed an English language qualification to the required standard for the course
• Be fully registered for the chosen course by the registration deadline
• Hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum classification of Upper Second class (2:1 or international equivalent), or be on track to achieve this
• Be self funding (for example, not sponsored) your course and classified as an international candidate for tuition fee purposes

• Can be awarded in conjunction with other scholarships from the University
