The Rhodes Scholarship is a fully-funded postgraduate award enabling talented people from around the world to study full-time at the University of Oxford. Support includes course fees and an annual stipend, with living expenses paid from the stipend, including accommodation. The Conditions of Tenure document outlines permitted combinations of degrees and how many years of study are covered, depending on course choice (for example, up to three years of fees and stipend for a DPhil). After selection, the Rhodes Trust also covers certain application and study-related costs and provides support during the transition and throughout studies, including emergency financial assistance and grants.
