Vice Chancellor's Global Development Scholarship at University of Portsmouth in England

The University of Portsmouth offers the Vice Chancellor's Global Development Scholarship for eligible international students. The award takes the form of a £2,500 fee reduction, and the University applies it to the first year of study.

The scholarship is for students from the countries listed by the University. It applies to self-funded students on full-time, on-campus undergraduate, postgraduate taught and postgraduate research courses with annual fees of £16,200 or above. International College Portsmouth students progressing to the University can also be eligible.

Eligibility is based on nationality and tuition fee status. The University says the scholarship is not available to students who have previously studied other courses at Portsmouth, because they are allocated the alumni discount instead. The award cannot be combined with another scholarship, discount or fee offer.

• You must be studying a full-time, on-campus course.
• If you are an undergraduate student, your annual fees must be £16,200 or above.
• If you are a postgraduate taught or postgraduate research student, your annual fees must be £16,200 or above.
• You must be eligible for overseas tuition fee status.
• If you have previously studied other courses at the University of Portsmouth, you are not eligible.
• The scholarship is available for International College Portsmouth students progressing to the University.
• Eligibility is determined by nationality.
