Westminster University’s Advanced Project Management Certificate is a three-section, project-based program. It uses real-world business applications and mentoring from Westminster instructors who are certified project management experts. Participants complete projects connected to their real work environment, with mentoring focused on concept and execution.
The program totals 598 clock hours. Project Management Fundamentals includes twelve online modules plus a full online PMP course, with a total anticipated completion time of 396 hours. Intermediate Project Management Principles includes two instructor-led simulation modules with work assigned by the instructor, for 128 hours. Advanced Project Management Concepts includes instructor-led PMP exam preparation and an online PMP exam simulator study component, for 74 clock hours, aimed at passing the PMP or CAPM examinations.
