To be considered for admission, you must be admitted to the University of West Florida as an undergraduate, non-degree seeking student.

• Once accepted as a non-degree seeking student, students should contact the Department of Public Health and speak to an advisor about course availability and scheduling.
• Then, complete the online Undergraduate Certificate Declaration Form on MyUWF.
• Current UWF undergraduate students are not required to complete the non-degree seeking application, but must contact the Public Health Academic Advisor to review their degree audit and initiate the declaration of certificate process.
