BA in Information Systems

The BA in Information Systems at Northwood University prepares students to design, manage, and optimize information systems. The curriculum focuses on data analytics, system infrastructure, programming, and business operations.

Students study topics such as Foundations of Data Analytics, Information Technology Infrastructure, Visual Analytics for Business Intelligence, Programming I, Machine Learning Techniques for Applied Predictive Modeling, and Essentials of Big Data and Cloud Computing. The degree includes a Data Analytics Capstone Project, plus a final capstone project or internship for real-world experience.

Students can also get certified before graduation through an Online Enterprise Systems Certificate Program focused on SAP.
