Bachelor S Degree Program

Colorado Northwestern Community College offers the Bridge to Bachelor’s Degree Program, designed for new, first-time students who attend CNCC. It provides a guaranteed admission pathway to a participating four-year college or university after completion of an Associate degree.

Students access personalized student advising and guidance to support credit transfer and administrative support for enrollment in a desired four-year program. The program also includes scholarship opportunities and a no-hassle transfer process between participating two-year and four-year programs. Transfer depends on program eligibility and completing the required Associate degree.

A first-time CNCC student must:

• Opt-in to the program at the start of your Associate degree program, or within the first semester.
• Maintain a 2.0 minimum GPA
• Complete any Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) Degree
• That's it!

For admission to the college or to participate in this program, entrance exams (ACT, SAT, etc.) are not required.

To apply, indicate that you want to participate in the Bridge to Bachelor's Degree program when filling out your CNCC admissions application, and review with your advisor to make sure your intended degree and program are eligible.
