Business Bachelor of Business Administration Undergraduate Major 12–18 Months

The online Bachelor of Business Administration at Westminster University is an undergraduate major designed for adults who have completed an associate degree and have workplace knowledge, but need flexibility to complete a bachelor’s degree. Students work on real-life projects that build business skills and culminate in demonstrating proficiency in more than 40 business competencies.

The program is competency-based and does not focus on attending lectures and taking tests. Instead, students complete project sequences with one-on-one mentoring from faculty and can use work projects for assignments if they meet the course scope. The degree can be completed in as little as 12 months, with 12–18 months for an associate degree holder working full-time, depending on individual experience and commitments.
