Cybersecurity Management Certificate

The University of West Florida’s Cybersecurity Management Graduate Certificate is a fully online program that trains you to identify potential information security threats, design mitigation plans, and protect an organization’s data. You use risk assessment to identify potential threats, and you examine ethical dilemmas that arise in cybersecurity. The certificate also focuses on designing the conceptual and technical aspects of an information security management solution.

The program requires 12 credit hours. The course length is 7 weeks, and the estimated program length is 12 months. To complete the certificate, you must finish the required courses with a grade of “C” or higher and achieve a combined grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the certificate-required courses.

• You must be admitted to the University of West Florida as a graduate non-degree seeking student.
• To complete the certificate, you must complete the courses with a grade of “C” or higher.
• You must secure a combined grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the courses required by the certificate.
