Doctor of Physical Therapy Dpt

The Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Lincoln Memorial University is designed to advance physical therapy practice using best evidence and interprofessional opportunities. The curriculum focuses on cognitive, psychomotor, and affective skills needed for patient management through systems-based courses, with research training included.

The program is full-time and runs as a 36-month curriculum. It includes didactic lectures, four full clinical internships, and research training, spanning 114 credit hours.

• Interview offers are made on a rolling basis as applications are verified by the Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS). This is an additional step after the application is submitted.
• Students must submit required application forms and documents, including three character reference forms and a clinical observation verification form.

• A non-refundable $500.00 reservation fee is required if accepted into the DPT program for the incoming class, and the reservation fee will be applied to the cost of tuition once matriculated into the program.
