The University of West Florida offers an online Exceptional Student Education, M.A. with an Applied Behavior Analysis specialization. Students complete required applied behavior analysis coursework, including Foundations of Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavioral Assessments, and Concepts of Applied Behavior Analysis. The program covers instruction and assessment practices, measurement and single-case design, ethics, and exceptionalities through EEX 6051.
Courses are delivered online with a course length of 8–16 weeks and an estimated program length of 2 years. Students complete a total of 30–33 credit hours, including required courses and a set of electives. The specialization is designed to meet curriculum requirements for multiple applied behavior analysis certification exams.
