The Master of Science in Applied Chemistry builds advanced expertise in chemical and biochemical concepts with a focus on practical, real-world applications. The program emphasizes research techniques and laboratory skills, plus the ability to communicate complex scientific data to experts and non-experts. A research track includes work with a research-active faculty member and mentorship.

Students may present and network through connections with companies listed in the program description, including Akita, Creagen BioSciences, EMD Serono, Moderna, Pfizer, Sarepta Therapeutics, Seqens, Syneos Health, Uniqure, and Vertex Pharmaceuticals.
