Higher Education Administration Graduate Certificate

The Higher Education Administration Graduate Certificate is an online program from the University of West Florida that prepares students for professional careers in college and university student affairs and student services. Students study leadership and supervision, an introduction to college student affairs, and topics such as student development theories, interventions, assessment, evaluation, research, and strategic planning.

The program requires 9 credit hours and includes required courses plus one elective from a defined list. Courses run for 12–16 weeks, with an estimated program length of 7–12 months. Students must earn a grade of "C" or higher in each course.
