The Human Resource Management BBA at Stephen F. Austin State University prepares students to direct administrative functions that support organizations. The curriculum focuses on labor law and strategic management, covering employment and agency law, human resource management principles, employee and labor relations, strategic management practices, and compensation and benefits design.
Students fine-tune their education by choosing an advanced elective from organizational behavior, supervisory management, labor economics, or conflict resolution. They also complete a development course focused on training or human resource development. The program is accredited by the AACSB and is part of the Nelson Rusche College of Business.
