Information Security Management Certificate

The Information Security Management Undergraduate Certificate is an online program that explores the non-technical aspects of information security. It prepares you to make management and administrative decisions in roles within the industry, with course topics that include compliance management, security education training and awareness (SETA) programs, encryption technologies, risk analysis concepts, and e-business systems fundamentals.

You complete the certificate through an interactive online classroom. You can access course materials on your time and discuss coursework with educators when it fits your schedule. The program includes 12 credit hours and is completed through required courses: ISM 3011, ISM 3323, ISM 4483, and ISM 4320.

To be considered for admission to the University of West Florida’s Information Security Management Undergraduate Certificate program, you must be admitted to the University as a degree or non-degree-seeking graduate student.
