Master of Science in Business Analytics

The Master of Science in Business Analytics at Lincoln Memorial University is a completely online, 30-credit-hour program designed to develop the ability to use data to create value-added solutions for business challenges. Students learn to analyze organizational data, classify datasets and select analytical tools, and apply theoretical, mathematical, and statistical concepts to ensure data is properly analyzed. The curriculum also covers acquiring data from computer storage systems and working in a team environment.

The program is modeled after a cohort style, with students starting together each spring, summer, and fall. It includes 10 online courses focused on topics such as process analytics, experiment design, statistical methods, regression analysis, forecasting, analytical programming, and data mining. Students complete the program in as little as 20 months.

• Official transcripts showing the completion of an accredited bachelor’s degree with a 2.75 GPA
• Official transcripts of all other undergraduate and graduate course work from accredited institutions
• If an applicant completed their bachelor’s degree in a country other than the United States: submit a degree evaluation report from a reputable credentialing service (WES – World Education Services) demonstrating degree and course equivalency, submitted directly from the credentialing service and provided to the School of Business

• Minimum score of 70 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or a six (6) on the IELTS exam
• In cases where an applicant is otherwise qualified but TOEFL indicates the need for additional English language instruction, they might be admitted conditionally pending satisfactory completion of the necessary courses
