The Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Merrimack College is an applied graduate program that helps students understand and improve how people work within organizations. Students study real-world applications such as employee performance, leadership, motivation, and organizational effectiveness, with practical skills in talent management, organizational development, and people analytics.
Students choose a Practitioner Track with an internship or a Research and Evaluation Track with a project-based capstone. The program is delivered online with 8-week courses and weekly live sessions.
