The Caldwell University Online Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Population Health is designed by the School of Nursing and Public Health to prepare registered nurses for population health positions. Students explore integrating technology and using data to identify trends, with an emphasis on strategies that improve population health and prevent disease while considering social determinants that may affect care delivery and outcomes.
The program is fully online and comprises 36 graduate credits. It is designed to be completed over six semesters of part-time study with six credits per semester. Courses run throughout the academic year in an asynchronous format over seven-week sessions. Students can choose available concentrations, including Healthcare Administration, Instructional Design & Curriculum, and Palliative Care.
