Master Science Esteem

This accelerated Bachelors-to-Masters program leads to a Master of Science in Engineering, Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Excellence (ESTEEM). Saint Mary’s undergraduates complete a five-year pathway that includes a bachelor’s degree at Saint Mary’s in any of the undergraduate fields connected to the available 4+1 pathways, then an Engineering, Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Excellence (ESTEEM) master’s at the University of Notre Dame.

Students enter Notre Dame’s master’s program during the early application period (typically September) with an anticipated August start date. The master’s can be completed with one additional year of coursework or less. Admission is for Saint Mary’s students who meet overall criteria, including an overall minimum G.P.A. of 3.60, limits on BUAD-prefix credits, and a required deposit paid 30 days after formal notification of admission. Pathways include STEM majors or minors plus a CCO approved entrepreneurial/tech-focused internship, or an Art/design option with listed technical coursework, or a Digital and Public Humanities option with listed technical coursework.

• Complete a Bachelor’s degree at the College by the month of May, preceding the program’s June start date that same month
• Achieve an overall minimum G.P.A. of 3.60
• Complete no more than 20 credits with a BUAD prefix at the College
• Pay the deposit for admitted students to the University 30 days after formal notification of admission
