Masters Degree Business Administration Project Management

This Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management prepares students to lead complex projects by focusing on best practices for selecting, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing projects. Students apply project management principles through team exercises and the use of current industry software.

The program includes instruction in project planning, risk management, cost and time management, contracts and procurement, accounting, statistics, decision making, and human resource. It is offered online and accessed through a course room when students have extra time, with an estimated time to complete of 12 months and 30 credit hours.
