Masters Degree Special Education Autism Spectrum Disorder Asd Practices

The Master of Special Education: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Practices and Intervention is designed for teachers who want a master’s degree to build knowledge and skills to serve students with disabilities, with an emphasis on students with autism. The program focuses on research-based practices for serving special education students, aligned with National Council for Exception Children (CEC) standards.

The program is offered online. It is 30 credits, and students take one course each 8-week term. The total credit hours are 30, and the program can be completed in 18 months. Coursework is connected to day-to-day responsibilities through assignments tied to special education teaching experiences.
