About this program

This MBA International Business class gives students practice on real business challenges presented by multinational companies. Led by Dr. David Baker, students work on cross-cultural consulting tasks and develop business plans for participating companies.

Students complete the Global E-Team X-Culture Project, a course that involves thousands of students and professionals from over 40 countries each semester. Teams of five or six members from different countries develop business plans and collaborate while working alongside students from 100 universities. Projects have included creating educational toys in Lithuania, expanding the market for chocolate in Colombia, and developing product features and promotion strategies for an electric vehicle company in the United States and India.
