About this program

The Project Management and Leadership Certificate introduces project managers to management and leadership skills for delivering project results. The curriculum starts with an online project management fundamentals course. It then includes 2 team-based simulation courses that help participants practice skills related to project management, leadership, and organizational change.

The program also provides in-depth instruction on project management processes and knowledge areas to help participants achieve Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification. It is delivered in a Hybrid format with online and in-person segments. Course instruction is led by instructors who hold a PMP® certification and are PMI® Registered Education Providers or PMI® Authorized Training Partners. Successful completion awards the certificate from Westminster University.
