Overview

The Hansen Leadership Institute (HLI) provides training in the principles, practices, and psychology of effective, ethical, and visionary leadership. It also trains Hansen Fellows to be effective communicators and public speakers, and includes an expanded focus on gender issues in leadership.

HLI brings together and trains future leaders from across the world to promote world peace and international cooperation. The program described is a three-week, face-to-face program that is connected to an alum community, and it also includes training in mediation and conflict resolution and international cooperation.
