The Automotive Systems Technology Scholarship is an MCC Foundation scholarship. MCC states that institutional scholarships are generally awarded to students with exceptional academic averages, and that the MCC Financial Aid Director reviews applications and presents candidates to the MCC Scholarship Committee. The MCC Scholarship Committee makes the final decision on scholarship awards.
For this scholarship, candidates must be a second-year Automotive Systems Technology (AST) student and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5. MCC Foundation scholarships are listed under MCC Foundation Scholarships on the Martin Community College scholarships page.
MCC states that, for institutional scholarship selection, the MCC Financial Aid Director reviews all applications and presents candidates to the MCC Scholarship Committee based on the student's academic record, financial need, and other criteria set forth by the individual scholarships. The MCC Scholarship Committee makes the final decision on scholarship awards.
The Automotive Systems Technology Scholarship offers one $500 scholarship, awarded as $250 in fall semester and $250 in spring semester.
