Northeastern University Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships Program

The Northeastern University Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships Program is a two-year experiential program designed to advance lifelong learning and the education and training of PharmD and PhD graduates. Northeastern University states that the program prepares Fellows to meet ongoing workforce needs in various areas of industry, through work with biopharmaceutical industry partners and collaboration with Northeastern University faculty in professional and career development, service, scholarship, and teaching.

Northeastern University states that the program supports professional development in functional areas including Clinical Science, Early Development, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Global Medical Affairs, Global Medical Information, Global Regulatory Affairs, Global Scientific Communications, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Medical Scientific Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Safety and Risk Management, and Scientific Communications.

Northeastern University states that candidates are selected through a nationally competitive process. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and applicants must submit the required application materials, including letters of recommendation submitted directly by recommenders by the stated deadline. Northeastern University states the fellowship is a two-year appointment, and the appointment requires maintaining valid work authorization in the United States without Northeastern University visa sponsorship.

• Selection is through a nationally competitive process.Applicants must have earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.Alternatively, applicants must have successfully defended their dissertation with their PhD conferred by June 30.Applicants must be able to maintain valid work authorization in the United States throughout the entire appointment.Northeastern University will not provide H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, or any other type of employment visa sponsorship for a successful applicant to this position, now or in the future.STEM OPT is not compatible for this position.
