WVC Foundation Spring Application Period

The Wenatchee Valley College Foundation awards over 200 scholarships annually. All current Wenatchee Valley College students are eligible to apply, including part time students. WVC Foundation scholarship applications run three times during the academic year (fall, winter, and spring), and only one application is needed per academic year.

All new and continuing students who plan to attend Wenatchee Valley College during the current academic year are eligible to apply. Applicants are considered automatically for all scholarships they are eligible for. The online application opens during the open application periods and is submitted at wvc.awardspring.com.

Selection is based on available annual funding and a review of each student’s unmet cost of attendance as determined by the Financial Aid office. The online application includes general information, academic information, financial information, qualification questions, a transcript upload, and five essay questions (up to 140 words each).

Scholarships are awarded for one academic year. If awarded, applicants are asked to submit a follow-up form through AwardSpring to confirm acceptance and keep scholarship donors informed. Many scholarships are renewable, with notifications sent to eligible recipients in the summer.

2. 2. Submit the online application at wvc.awardspring.com and register for an account.
3. 3. Use a valid email address when creating your AwardSpring account.
4. 4. Complete the application, including general information, academic information, financial information, qualification questions, a transcript upload, and five essay questions (up to 140 words each).
5. 5. After submitting, check your email because award notifications and other critical information are sent to the email listed on your application.
6. 6. If awarded, submit the required follow-up form through AwardSpring to confirm acceptance.
7. 7. After receiving a scholarship during the current academic year, do not reapply until the following academic year.
