Doctor of Businessadministration Dba and Doctor of Philosophy Phd

The University of Lusaka offers two doctoral pathways: Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). The DBA program lasts a minimum of three years and a maximum of five years, with examinations at the end of every semester. The PhD programs are research-only. Doctoral programs cover various fields including Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting and Finance, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Science, Development Studies, Economics, Education Management and Administration, Environmental Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Project Management, and Public Health. Applications require a research proposal and supporting documents submitted through an online portal.

Applicants must be holders of a Master’s degree in a related field of study from a recognized University. Management experience of at least three years, either before or after the Master's degree, is required.
