Humber Polytechnic Scholarships & Bursaries

Humber automatically awards Degree Transfer Scholarships to students entering any Humber degree program who have completed a one-year Ontario college certificate or a two- or three-year diploma with a GPA of 80 per cent or more from a publicly-funded college. Humber states the scholarship is awarded as recognition of academic achievement.

The scholarship applies to certificate or diploma credentials completed prior to entry into a Humber degree program. Humber states certificates and diplomas do not have to be related to the degree program of choice and are not tied to eligibility for advanced standing or transfer credit.

Humber states it awards these scholarships automatically, and that no application is required. The amount depends on whether the qualifying prior credential is a certificate ($1,500) or a diploma ($2,500), in both cases for students with a program GPA of 80 per cent or more.

Humber describes the scholarship as a one-time scholarship.
