Bachelor's in Management
Introduction
Management is a Bachelor program taught at Redeemer College, Canada. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 years) options.
Redeemer University offers a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business - Management, with an honours major and a major. The program connects biblical servant leadership to business management and focuses on reflecting Christ in the workplace and in interactions with customers, colleagues and competitors. Students build knowledge across business disciplines through first- and second-year courses, then go deeper into topics specific to the Management concentration, with flexibility to tailor the program to interests in management.
The Management The Core includes a core curriculum of courses taken by every student, plus Management concentration requirements. In class, students study topics such as Human Resource Management, Not-for-Profit Management, and the Strategic Management Seminar, and they conduct and critically assess research in contemporary business practices. Redeemer’s School of Business uses the case method, where students take on the role of managers. The business co-op program includes two 8-month paid work terms.
