Introduction
General Management mit Spezialisierungen (B.A.) is a Bachelor program taught at Cologne Business School, Germany. Intake: Winter & Sommer. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (6 semesters) options.
Cologne Business School offers a dual General Management (B.A.) using the 2Plus3 model. Students build foundational business knowledge in the first two years, then focus on business practice in the last three semesters. The programme covers Unternehmensführung and Marketing, Controlling and Finanzmanagement, Digitalisierung and Personalmanagement.
Students study in a structure that includes Foundation, General Skills, Industries, Profiles, and Knowledge Transfer. The programme includes Praxisreflexion modules, a Fallstudie in der gewählten Spezialisierung, and a Bachelorarbeit. It also includes Praxistransfer through work in a company on real projects, plus an optional Auslandssemester supported by the International Office.
