Bachelor's in Scienze dell’Educazione

Scienze dell’Educazione is a Bachelor program taught at Viterbo State University, Italy. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 years) options.

Sciences dell’educazione is a three-year undergraduate degree (L-19) aimed at training educators and socio-pedagogical animators. The course builds knowledge and skills in the pedagogical, methodological-didactic, psychological, sociological, and health-hygiene fields, for work as a socio-pedagogical educator and as an educator in early-childhood settings and nursery services.

The programme is delivered in a mixed mode, combining distance teaching with on-site activities. Distance learning includes online lessons (synchronous and asynchronous), individual and group exercises, and other activities, supported through e-learning materials and interaction and checks on Moodle. Training is integrated with mandatory external placement activities in socio-educational services such as nursery schools, childcare services, and prisons.

Graduates can work in pre-school, school, and out-of-school structures, in early childhood and adolescence educational services, and in social and socio-educational services for families, minors, older adults, people in detention, and foreigners, across topics including culture, sport, and the environment.

The minimum requirements for admission in Scienze dell’Educazione at Viterbo State University for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Viterbo State University as pre-requiste for admission in Scienze dell’Educazione.
