Master of Islamic Studies Syariah

Master of Islamic Studies Syariah is a Masters program taught at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (2-4 Years) options.

The Master of Islamic Studies (Syariah) at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia is a postgraduate programme for training knowledgeable and skilled practitioners. The programme aims to fulfil the Malaysian Qualifications Agency requirement, and it is organised in line with knowledge development and industry needs and interested parties.

Study is offered as part time with blended learning (research) mode. Lectures run from 8am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The programme duration for part time study is 2–4 years.

The minimum requirements for admission in Master of Islamic Studies Syariah at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia as pre-requiste for admission in Master of Islamic Studies Syariah.

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Islamic studies with good CGPA from The National University of Malaysia or any institutes of higher learning recognised by the Senate; or
• Possess other qualifications, which are equivalent to a Bachelor Degree in Islamic Studies and possess other qualifications or experience recognised by the Senate; and
• Fulfil other condition prescribed by the programme (if applicable).

Foreign candidates requirement: i) English Language is minimum 550 (TOEFL) or 5 (IELTS).
