Grado en Derecho

Grado en Derecho is a Bachelor program taught at Centro Universitario Villanueva, Spain. Intake: September. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 años) options.

The official Bachelor’s degree in Law at Centro Universitario Villanueva trains students through practical legal work from the first course. Learning uses the ActiveLearningV+ academic model, with activities such as resolving cases, drafting legal documents, and defending in simulated court hearings, including moot courts and parliamentary simulations. Students also take part in the Villanueva Legal Clinic from the first year, with real casework and supervision.

The degree includes integrated training in applying artificial intelligence to legal tasks, including research, analysis of case law, and legal writing. Students complete an academic plan made up of core and optional subjects, then progress to external practice through Practicum I: Proceso Penal and Practicum in the final year. The program also includes a semester abroad via Erasmus+ or another destination through university agreements.
