Bachelor's in Fashion Photography

Fashion Photography is a Bachelor program taught at Bath Spa University, UK. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 years) options.

Bath Spa University’s BA (Hons) Fashion Photography explores, challenges, and defines the role of the photographic image in fashion. The course develops technical skills and visual language while examining the critical and ethical challenges facing Fashion Photography in a contemporary and global context. Students follow three parallel components: Identity, Industry, and Context.

Delivery involves regular tutorials, technical workshops, lectures and seminars, and group critique, supported by critical and contextual forums, presentations, and online learning. Assessment is continual and can include a portfolio of photographic work, an exhibition, an online journal, an essay, or a presentation. The course includes industry-focused projects and a Professional Placement Year in Level 5.
