Sport Management

Sport Management is a Bachelor program taught at Elms College, USA. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.

Sport Management at Elms College builds business knowledge and applies it to organized sports. Students study business foundations, then focus on sport management topics such as introduction to sport management, sport marketing, event management and promotions, sport law, sport ethics, and sports in American culture.

The curriculum includes business core requirements, required sport management courses, sport management electives, and a business internship. The program includes a 70-hour/semester internship for sports journalism with the assistant athletic director for communications at Elms, where students assist with media coverage, event promotion, and administration. Students also complete a course internship.
