Accelerated Second Degree in Nursing at Elms College is a full-time program that completes a baccalaureate in nursing leading to a bachelor of science in nursing (BSN). Students study Core Nursing Requirements including Introduction to Contemporary Nursing Practice, Medical Dose Calculations, Health Assessment of the Adult, Pathophysiology, Fundamentals of Nursing, Pharmacology, Nursing Care of the Adult I, Mental Health Nursing, Nursing Care of the Adult II, Nursing Research, Children and Families, and Maternal Newborn Nursing.
