The Master of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance at Graceland College is an entirely online program focused on evidence-based foundations of nutrition and human performance. Students complete core courses in Nutrition in Exercise and Activity, Evidence-Based Research, Fundamentals of Nutritional Science, Nutrition & Human Physical Performance, Clinical Nutrition: Obesity and Metabolic Syndrome, and Assessment and Prescription. Students then choose a concentration in Sport Nutrition and Performance, Health and Wellness Promotion, or Data Science and Health Informatics.

The program is designed for flexible pacing, with completion possible in as little as 16 months or as long as 6 years. After finishing the core curriculum and concentration coursework, students complete a capstone thesis or an internship course. The concentration pathways include topics such as nutrigenetics, nutrigenomics, nutrition in pain and inflammation, and nutrition and the gut microbiome.

The minimum requirements for admission in Master of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance at Graceland College for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:
