Simulation Technology
Introduction
Simulation Technology is a program taught at Lake Region State College, USA. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.
Simulation Technology at Lake Region State College is an Associate in Applied Science program focused on hands-on training for simulator systems. Students work with computer systems, digital and solid-state electronics, and circuit troubleshooting. The curriculum includes experience with electronics, flight characteristics, and computer systems, supported by the use of specialized tools, test equipment, built-in diagnostics, and technical data to find faulty components and system malfunctions.
Training is delivered through a structured set of courses that includes several lab components, including DC Analysis/Lab, AC Analysis/Lab, Digital Integrated Circuits/Lab, and Semiconductor Devices/Lab. The program also includes simulator-focused subjects such as Introduction to Simulation, Technical Simulation, and Simulator Systems. Cooperative Education is included as part of the coursework.
