The Master of Business Administration Online Program (MBAON) at Sofia University provides business fundamentals and decision-making instruction through optional synchronous online learning. The curriculum combines transpersonal psychology and self leadership with business communications and scholarship, decision-making within business law and ethics, and organizational behavior. Students also study functional business areas such as managerial accounting, operational excellence, behavioral marketing, and technology and innovation.
