It focuses on transferring general education credits between Southeast Technical College and Board of Regents schools, using transferrable general education courses so students can avoid repeating courses and losing credits when continuing toward a bachelor’s degree.

The pathway includes multiple participating universities and specific transferring program matches, including examples such as Accounting, Business Administration, Medical Coding, Health Informatics and Information Management, Banking and Financial Services, and Civil Engineering. A co-enrollment partnership with Northern State University lets Southeast Technical College business students enroll in Northern State University courses while completing their degree at Southeast Technical College, followed by transition to a bachelor’s program without an additional admissions process.
