Introduction

Master Gardener is a Masters program taught at University of Idaho, USA. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.

The University of Idaho Extension’s Idaho Master Gardener Program provides gardeners with opportunities to improve horticultural knowledge and skills and to serve their communities. Participants learn about the art and science of growing and caring for plants and landscapes using scientifically sustainable, research-based information. They also build skills such as conflict resolution, communication, leadership, goal setting, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

The program is open to anyone interested in becoming a certified Idaho Master Gardener and sharing gardening knowledge with the public through community outreach and education. Idaho Master Gardeners support residents by answering gardening questions and solving gardening problems.
