Accounting Undergraduate Certificate Online
Introduction
Accounting Undergraduate Certificate Online is a Diploma program taught at University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, USA. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.
The Accounting Undergraduate Certificate Online is for students who have already earned a bachelor’s degree in a field other than accounting. The program is a part-time 30-credit certificate with two tracks, based on whether the prior undergraduate degree is in business or another field. Students complete advanced courses in accounting, including intermediate accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial statement analysis.
Learning is online. Courses are taught by UMass Dartmouth faculty with defined assignment due dates, and the majority of online courses are taught asynchronously. Students must complete all course prerequisites to register for courses in the program. The business track includes cost accounting, accounting information systems, advanced accounting topics, and advanced managerial accounting. The non-business track adds introductory principles of accounting and includes statistics and financial management.
